The hours of operation for each park are 6:00am until dark, except for facility reservations.

Located next to the Arkansas River, adjacent to the River Park Events Building and one block west of the River Front Pavilion, this facility represents one-third of the River Park Complex.  The rising, terraced walkways frame seating for 1128 persons.  Additional seating is available on the hillsides in this masterpiece of Fort Smith culture!
